Conservatory Fitting Quote

Hi,
I'm thinking of getting a Conservatory, I have came across some prices and it looks like it is going to cost around £4,000 cheapest as we only want a small one.
I am just wondering how much it will cost to get this fitted? Including all the costs for bricks etc?
Any advice?

You will need to allow for foundations, floor slab, dwarf wall, flashings, sealants, DPC, insulation to the wall cavity and floor.
Also depends where you are in the country, the type of house construction you currently have, if there are any drains to divert, if there is any hard material there to break up first, if the soil can be disposed of in your garden....
I would allow a minimum of £2500 for someone to supply the materials and build the lot for you, increasing with the factors above (which we don't know about).
Then there is electrics - do you want power and light?British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Hi, thanks for your replies, unfortunately I will not be able to provide details on the house as we are currently looking for a new home, which we are planning to get a conservatory built onto if there is not one already.
Here is a small conservatory someone could give me a ruff quote on http://www.homebase.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=110&storeId=10151&partNumber=1686313

your only real option is to actually get a real quote from a few people no one can realisticly give you the price without seeing it0
