I get a £25 voucher offer due to Medion's site being down for maintenance.
How do I add a signature?

It needs to be used before 28th Seotember and minimum value of order must be £299 !!
So - that doesn't give us long.
I can also get a £10 voucher for introducing a new customer (ie myself on a different email address....)
    That is pretty good

Remember if you Medion is 1 day out of warranty, and goes wrong you have to pay them £100 up front to send it back to Germany.

Please stop with this tired old post. It's not like any other manufacturer fixes it for free outside warranty.
Even if your story is true, what's to stop you sending it yourself at a much lower price??

Apart from that, I have a Medion PC and it's still flawless five years later.

Or you could take it to a local shop and have it repaired at less than that. It's out of warranty what did you expect?

Or even rely on the good old Sale of Goods act -

Which DOES apply for goods bought in Europe

    Sorry
    AKOYA® P5364 E (MD8319)
    and
    AKOYA® P5327 E (MD8198)
What is the difference (both i7 processors - the more expensive model has the older/slower version) - both 1.5Tb HDD's - both 2Gb graphics cards !!

Why send it back? Use internet to try and fix first then ring local person - we have one who will diagnose the issue and quote the repair without charging you a penny
