i wondered the same, i got the text and i recall earlier in the year i got a text saying all orange texts will come from 22020 (or something number) and will be free, this came from 60009.

I think this could be genuine.
Looking at this page for terms and conditions to Orange FunFinder (the page has a validated certificate by VeriSign as being from Everything Everywhere Limited (GB) using 128-bit encryption), it does refer to Last Second Tickets Limited.
