brought ipod no mention of engraved messgae

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
brought an ipod on ebay . There was no mention of an engraved personalized message on it . Only the front picture was shown and the rest of the desriprion was correct but we wouldn't have brought it if it had been mentioned. I have emailed seller and awaiting reply. However do you think we can return it under an none described item .

    Yes, although you'll have to pay the cost of returning it to the seller by a tracked method. Alternatively, the seller may offer you a partial refund which you may, or may not, be prepared to accept.
