£300 inventory for a studio flat

You can't have a checkout fee sprung upon you after you have signed the contracts. If it is not in the AST or any of the documentation it is unenforceable.

Just paid £75 for a video inventory done on a property prior to the tenants moving in.
Costs down to me BUT may prove useful if they trash the place at the end of the tenancy
