only if it is rented on a full commercial basis,even then its not easy as it can look like what is known as a "contrived tennancy"0

If they can prove that they have paid rent for the past 3 years and have a proper tenancy agreement then it shouldn't be a problem, if they are entitled.0

But there are also rules for landlords, gas safety certificate etc if they are bona fide landlords.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
