how to provide a postage paid return envelope

I have recentley opened an ebay shop selling clothing.

I would like to offer buyers the option to send back the items free of charge if they do not like them or they do not fit.

How do I go about providing postage paid packages for returns?

Any help would bee great

In a word(s),you cant unless you have a Royal Mail business account or similar.
Anything else would have to be pre-paid and therefore you would have to pay twice for the postage.

I think you would be better to keep a note of the weights and costs of postage for said items, that way should a customer contact you regarding returning an item at least you can advise them that you will refund them the lowest postal costs i.e. 2nd Class Package, if they choose to use 1st Class you would not pay the difference.

You could also consider placing a self addressed postal bag in with the item/s so they only have to add the postage etc, however unless you can afford these extra overheads l wouldn't bother.
