Unable to close an unpaid item case....

I'm unable to close an unpaid item case even though it is due to close today! Any suggestions - it's the first time I've encountered this problem. Thank you!

What time did you open the case? It has to be exactly 4 days after the time, not just at any point that day.0

Yes I did wonder about that. I know that it was during the evening but not sure about the time. Seems strange, as I'm sure I've closed cases at various times during the day - perhaps I'll need to leave it till much later or even tomorrow!0

This is a continual problem for me. I can't close any NPB cases I open. When I click close case I'm always directed to the open a case screen.
I've cleared my cache, cookies,etc. Shut down and re started the laptop. But it makes no difference. I always have to get them closed through live help.0 -
I had an INR case against a seller a couple of weeks ago. I could not close it on the date it said I should.I thoguht it was the time thing but it turned out not to be. I left it until the next day and was able to close it in the morning."So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0

Just managed to close the case! You may need to make sure that you scroll further down the page to show the case that is currently open?0
