CIH have just emailed me with news of an app, which measures impact of welfare reform, which I can link to the company website for tenants to use.
Has anyone seen this. If so, is it any good?
Feedback before I buy it woul be good as I expect it will be quite pricey. I can't follow te link to check out the details as it came on business email to blackerry.
If I get it, will happily post link to website if anyone is interested in having a look.

Presumably this one - http://www.cih.org/welfarereformimpacttoolCIH have just emailed me with news of an app, which measures impact of welfare reform, which I can link to the company website for tenants to use.
The problem with that is that the main aspects of the welfare reform are not yet fully decided on so any app can only give a best guess.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -
CIH are usually spot on and highky regarded. I had assumed they would update details as and when we receive them.
Thanks for answering though, it's something I will check out, otherwise it would be useless.Well Behaved women seldom make history
