So what do landlords think of agency/bank workers? I mean those working for a hospital or care agency.
Obviously its not guaranteed hours so wages can vary each week/month. Would they look at past wages (if not new job) or ask for 6 months rent upfront etc?
Some are able to get full time hours.

I work on agency, and to secure my flat, My estate agent asked, if I can provide 6 months up front. and the landlord was happy with that.Save in 2013: #166: 9,122.51/[STRIKE]5,000[/STRIKE] 10,000Interest earned in 2014: £257.61 20/04/140

I often work with bank/agency staff and they are well aware of the unpredictable nature of their employ. They work long hours on all shifts knowing that they might not work as much the next week. However the NHS relies on them and when you get to know good bank staff they get asked back on a regular basis.0
