Hi all,
I do love having a nose at this thread to [STRIKE]rip off[/STRIKE] get inspiration from it.
This month, Mr Maitane is doing the planning and cooking (although I've already had to teach him how to get the meat from a crab to make two meals, not just the one soup, and strip down a carcass) and he's come up with the following:
Monday lunch: Leftover duck stir fry.
Dinner: Crab bisque
Tuesday lunch: Corned beef sandwiches
Dinner: Slow cooked lamb with onion and yoghurt (a very, very tasty curry called Shoyal Gosht)
Wednesday lunch: Leftover curry & chapati
Dinner: Fish fingers, chips and beans
Thursday lunch: Not sure yet
Thursday dinner: Black forest ham wrapped chicken breast with some kind of veg.
Friday lunch: Again, not sure yet.
Friday dinner: We're sneaking across the border to my mothers' house and will be fed there!"We always find something, hey Didi, to give us the impression we exist?" Samuel Beckett, Waiting for Godot.
