Ok, I'm assuming everyone else isn't as daft as me but just in case. I tried entering and got the same error as everyone else, that I'd already entered.
Then I did a web search and tried again, it was only then that I realised there was a verification code needed at the bottom of the page. Once I'd filled this in it went through fine.
Has everyone been filling in the code?
Just checked and the verification code isn't showing in the OP link try:

You entered the daily, not the hourly.0 -

the link you posted was for the daily draw which was running this week but finished yesterday.
The verification code is required when entering more than one name on same laptop/pc each hour HTH
