I posed a question for help on here the other day-got lots of thanks but no help whatsoever-so I didn't want to read and run.

Hiya, i've looked for your question in this thread but can't seem to find it. If you haven't had a response it may just be because of time constraints or skim reading. If you ask the question i will try to respond to it, though of course, it may be something i know nothing about :rotfl:Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

I have looked at your posts for the last month and cannot find that you have asked for help, are you sure you posted it, in the past I have thought I have posted something but then found I didnt submit it.
It would be most unusual on this thread for anyone asking for help not to receive it, it is in my experience one of the nicest and most helpful of the forums.
Perhaps you can find your post and quote it so we can see what went wrong. Regards megSlimming World at target0 -
Help. I've just been to Mr As and done a shop (can't remember last time I did a big shop), anyway, I spent just over £110  Admittedly the fridge and fridge/freezer are full and the cupboards are pretty full -I only do a big shop about once a month, if that. I get all cleaning stuff and loo rolls etc with the shopping and there are 5 of us in the house.
Oh and I don't really meal planso I have no idea how much I've got meal wise or what meals we're having in the next week-apart from something out of what I've bought (obviously).
Hey tattycath, Did you mean this post?
I did read it, but didnt realise you were asking a question... Im sorry! I thought you were just having an "eek" moment!
Are you asking us to help you with the meal planning to get your food bill down? If so, give us a quick inventory of what you have in the cupboards etc, and the posters on here are fab. Someone will have some great ideas that you havent thought of...
No one would have purposely ignored you.Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

My favourte way with steaks of any kind is to wrap in foil, with a bit of onion, mushrooms, tomato, celery and whatever herbs or spices I fancy and bake. There are lots of recipes on the front page so I sure you will find something you like.Slimming World at target0 -
