I have looked at your posts for the last month and cannot find that you have asked for help, are you sure you posted it, in the past I have thought I have posted something but then found I didnt submit it.

It would be most unusual on this thread for anyone asking for help not to receive it, it is in my experience one of the nicest and most helpful of the forums.

Perhaps you can find your post and quote it so we can see what went wrong. Regards meg

Are you asking us to help you with the meal planning to get your food bill down? If so, give us a quick inventory of what you have in the cupboards etc, and the posters on here are fab. Someone will have some great ideas that you havent thought of...

My favourte way with steaks of any kind is to wrap in foil, with a bit of onion, mushrooms, tomato, celery and whatever herbs or spices I fancy and bake. There are lots of recipes on the front page so I sure you will find something you like.

Thanks. Yes. Sorry if I sounded a bit off-I'm doing the stoptober thing and my family think I'm a bit of a stress head at the moment
Yes, I would like some help please. Meal planning, budgeting-i'm great with budgeting for other stuff but when it comes to grocery shopping i'm rubbish.:o It doesn't help that I work near a large supermarket.
At the moment we have:
20 sausages
2 lamb chops-frozen
frozen chicken portions
3 pizzas
bacon
eggs
2 x family size meat pies
chips
potatoes
onions
mushrooms
salad
frozen veg
tins of:
beans, tomatoes, spaghetti, soup
jars of curry sauce, pasta sauce
