First Direct: Fastest account setup ever

I applied for a current account with First Direct on Wednesday afternoon this week (mainly to access the Regular Saver and ISA accounts).
I had a letter today with my debit card, phoned up to setup my account details and they answered within about 20 seconds.
Impressively fast!

Just backing up many already happy first direct customers on here. Seems there customer service is good not just by phone etc but in other ways too!
