Halifax Clarity link won't work for me?

Every time i try to apply on-line for the Clarity card, after I fill out my details on the first page, the next page just tells me there is a technical error? This has happened every time I've tried to put my details in, over a number of weeks, and using different computers.

Any ideas? Is it rejecting me for some reason?

I'm a home-owner with no debt, and 3 other credit cards (all fully paid off).

    Are you using the same browser on all the computers? I would suggest trying Firefox if you normally use IE.
