Tax Advisor trying to get business

Hello
At work I keep getting phone calls from someone from a company called the Welbeck Group. They want to meet me because they say they can save me money in tax.
I am just about a higher rate tax-payer.
Is it worth my time going to see this individual? They gave me a vague example over the phone of how they can save me money on tax.
They said that, if I have a mortgage (I do) there is a way of getting the Inland Revenue to pay off some of the mortgage?! They said it is basically like a tax efficient wrapper which the revenue do not advertise. Any ideas what this person is talking about?
Am I being naive in refusing to even go and meet him?

It might just be putting any savings in an offset account/flexible mortgage, so you don't pay tax on the interest (the interest just lowers your mortgage interest payments). I'm pretty sure there's no way of getting any other tax breaks on your mortgage, assuming you aren't renting a property out etc. Try the "cutting tax" board.0
