Lloyds TSB redress on defaulted loan

Thank you for your positive posts. Hopefully it does not even get read! I'm worried about the bankruptcy I mentioned, but also trying to think well it's the only way to be fair to declare myself insolvent and let the official receiver decides who gets what. After all the ppi is money I did pay before I defaulted. I had 2loans previous that I paid up so it's not like I had no intentions of paying this one back. I am going to be on token payments for ever as I'm never going to be able to afford the normal repayments when I struggle with token payments. Gosh look I'm venting again!!! Somebody gag me ha ha.

Cheque arrived Thursday last week, deposited in the bank.
Told it will clear this Thursday (Natwest)

Lets wait and see!!

They were ringing me around a minimum of 8 calls a day all last week. So far today i have not had a call from them.

Pretty quick at posting the cheque out.
So far been around 2 months from original complaint via letter to lloyds, then offer received and then cheque barely a week later.
