Anyone remember the days when Ulster and Eire pounds were interchangeable?
I remember getting much the same response when I explained I did not want "silver" in my change with harps on it!0 -

I used to put Eire coins in the one man operated buses in Glasgow if I got any in my change and did not notice them at the time. Obvously they must have been OK with it.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett
