Powergen Customers That Pay By Direct Debit
For all those of you who use Powergen and pay by direct debit just check your bills from sept 2004 to date. You should have recieved a letter last sept telling you that if you paid by direct debit you would get 3% off your bill.Having just checked mine for the last 2 bills is was given £2.50 off each bill when one should have been over £6 and the other over £5, i know it`s not a lot but it`s better in your pocket than theirs.
Hope this helps .
Thanks

Received an email from Powergen today saying that they hadn't taken off the discounts for being an online customer.
They say, they will sort it out for the next bill.0 -
Got an email from Powergen too. Says they hadn't applied the online discount and have credited my account with the difference.0
