Credit Balance Transfer Question

I have a Barclay Card with 33% interest or something. I've been told to transfer this over to a Virgin card and pay it off? I'm not sure what to do I have a good credit rating, I really don't want this credit card but it was handy at the time I went on holiday.

If your credit history is good enough, you may be able to get a 0% BT card. You would pay a BT fee, but then pay no interest for a set period of time, which means you could clear the debt more quickly.
But you need to judge whether you could get such a card or not.0 -
