Mango Online - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Argh - Ordered some clothes off mango - after about 12 days waiting a massive box arrived from them - with 2 small belts in it. No relation whatsoever to what i ordered.
Phoned - put in long queue so hung up.
Emailed them 3 times over a course of a week to ask where my order was - not once did I get a reply.
So they have my money and I have 2 un-ordered belts.
Opened a dispute via PayPal (had paid this way) - then they responded - saying if I sent back the goods they would refund. Replied to say I would gladly give the goods over to a courier - but wasnt happy to pay for the return of something I hadnt ordered so if they could send a courier and also give me contact details of their head of customer service.
No response.
Mango have my money since the 18th August - I still have 2 small belts in a large box and none of the clothes I actually ordered.
I've escalated my Paypal dispute to a claim and waiting to hear.
Just a warning to others. I've never had worse customer service. I've only heard from them once (via Paypal) despite contacting them at least 4 or 5 times.
