It never rains but it pours!

I've been selling on Ebay for a while now as we try and clear out the boxes that we still haven't unpacked after being in the flat for more than a year!

Everything's been going great...until today!

All in one day, I've had my first 'Where Is My Item' email for an item that was posted on the 10th, so should definitely have arrived by now, got my first neutral feedback for trousers that are too short, despite the description having the length in it, and someone else asking to return another item that was one of those that I was losing the will to live with as it wouldn't sell - I was so pleased when it did!

I know none of them are too major - the feedback will slip down in time (although no idea what damage my stars will have taken!) and if the parcel doesn't turn up I can claim from RM, but just needed a wee rant as it has all happened at once - typical!

Ah well, onwards and upwards with more selling...

I'm dreading that first message saying 'Item not received'. Ebay has been nothing but a stress this week for some reason. I don't know if I can even be bothered to list again this weekend. I quite fancy a stress free week ;) It's not like I'm making my fortune on there, just trying to de-clutter really. Think it might be quicker and easier to just bung it all in the charity shop. I'm practically giving it away anyway after fees etc.
  • Why do people leave feedback BEFORE contacting you if they have a problem etc,why leave you neutral feedback.

I'm assuming they didn't contact you & just left feedback first?

Buyers don't read listings,I list items that are collection only & I write in the body of the listing my location and I every time I get at least one person asking my location.
