nice, any chance you could knock some out with the reference to the metro centre removed from "Parking on private land such as the Metro Centre" to Parking on private land such as this and adjustuing it to cover pay car parks to "if this is a pay and display car park the landowner can only claim the sum for any financial loss, which is certainly less than the amount on the invoice, you may also be interested to know that the blue badge scheme doesnt apply on private car parks"From the Plain Language Commission:
