Basic bank account - possible with online banking?

I'm working to pay off my overdraft but thinking if I switch to an account with no overdraft facility then budgeting will be easier for me. However I need online banking, with an app or text alerts as a bonus! Is this possible?

i dont know any with txt alerts apart from lloyds basic account
but cash access is restricted,
Maybe Yorkshire Bank Cash Transactor account?For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -
I'll look into those thanks. Do any of them have a firm no overdraft? I really don't want any of this unplanned overdraft rubbish!0
