Bank of Scotland- bank charges old claim

Hi I tried to claim a couple of years ago and it was of course put on hold and then I was informed that they didnt think it was unfair and I wouldnt be able to claim. Instead of fighting it further I gave up. Is it to late for me to know try and reclaim the money as it has been at least a year since I got that last letter?

You claimed.
Your claim was dismissed as the bank considered your charges were not unfair.
What makes you think if you were to submit a renewed claim you would get any different response? :huh:

On what grounds would you plan to fight this any further?

Thanks for your reply. I believe that i gave up at the first hurdle and I should have claimed it on hardship grounds as so many of these factors apply to my situation. All I was asking was whether they would dismiss it straight away as I had not been in contact for over a year. Cheers.
