Idiots guide to setting timer on boiler!

Hi
I'm hoping somebody can help me! I have a Vaillant Boiler and would find it very useful knowing how to set the timer so the heating comes on early morning and then in the afternoon. Is it possible to do this? I've been trying to find the manual but not had any luck. The boiler is a couple of years old and does have a little dial and clock on it but I don't know how to set it!

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply, yes its a combi and the little clock and dial isn't the pressure gauge, this is next to the little clock and has 1,2,3 and is green and red. Funnily enough I know how to increase the pressure, just not how to set the timer!

So is it the one in the pdf? With that one its simply a matter of pushing the little tappets in an out as required.
