This is a long shot but do you know if EON will be bringing out any new deals soon. I keep logging into my account hoping to see a new saveonline tariff!

I'm not an e.On rep, but I do have it on good authority that e.On will be bring out some new deals soon.
Keep an eye on their website where new tariffs will be announced as they become available
Meanwhile, you may wish to consult one of the comparison sites to see if you can secure a better deal today from a different supplier.0 -

Hi Luv2Budget
All our interactions with customers have been reviewed over the last few months as part of the Reset programme that kicked in last November.
This has included the tariffs offered and the way they're presented.
Throughout the Reset review, customers have asked for clear, simple and comparable info about their tariff. We're currently putting things in place to meet these requests.
So far, we've made all our tariffs available through all our sales channels and simplified the number of products available.
We've also included a tariff checker based on a customer's own usage on the website.
Things are still going on, though and YoYoY is spot on. Just keep an eye on our website. All new developments, including any new tariffs, will be on there soon.

That is why I just switched to EDF. For some reason E.On have dragged their heels rolling out competitive tariffs. It is likely that the huge amount of customers switching from them has finally forced their hand to take positive action.
If E.On had reacted quicker in early August then I would not have switched as their customer service was excellent.0 -

I agree EON customer service is excellent and I have reluctantly switched to EDF for a better deal. Maybe EON are taking so long with their new deals as they have promised not to increase any prices this year?That is why I just switched to EDF.
