Car Accident

Hi all,
My friend was involved in a car accident yesterday evening, she was the passenger in the vehicle that was hit from the back whilst at a roundabout. The guy who hit them claimed he had seen them move etc, how does she go about putting in a claim as she's suffering from whiplash??
I need to add that, she was with a colleague and they were returning from a client visit in the colleagues car.
Thank you

Contact a solicitor and proceed on that basis.
Personally would say to try and find a good local solicitor who is experienced in motor accident claims but they could google "cashback solicitor" and find ones that will pay her to refer herself to them.
The case could be handled under conditional funding/ no win no fee and so no cost to her irrespective of the outcome (assuming she doesnt lie, abandon the case etc)0 -
Does she have cover for business use? Seems to be a few threads on here about that recently.
He claimed he had seen her move, If he was looking he would see she moved less than he did hence the accident.
No win no fee, It wont be paid out in a hurry though. Mums got a claim going and its been 5 months.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
She's got whiplash? Has she been to the hospital to get a check up, she will need to to bolster her claim.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

Irrelevant. The OP's friend is an innocent passenger in the non-fault vehicle.0 -
I would suggest she needs to recover from the alleged injury first.0

She is Sgt Pepper, sarcasm noted!0 -
Whoever is to blame is irrelevant.
The passenger can claim off the insurer of the car she was a passenger in.0 -
