Nectar nightmare

Has anyone else had problems with Nectar? Two things. First I accidentally downloaded the Nectar toolbar and couldn't uninstall it. What a nightmare. I had to use the clever Firefox gizmo to reset everything, which meant I was able to lose the Nectar toolbar without losing all my bookmarks. Phew! Next thing. I ordered an item using Daily Deals voucher. The item is unsuitable and I want to send it back. Ne returns policy on the website. Emailed the supplier. They said send it back but referred me to Nectar about getting my money back. Since then I've been emailing them and getting nowhere. :mad: I won't be using the Daily Deals again and not that keen on the whole Nectar set up. Seems like a very aggressive sales pitch with no customer service behind it.

2 weeks on, numerous emails to try and get to the bottom of how the returns work. Nectar finally tell me that Daily Deals is a separate company so I need to take it up with them which I did. Pity they don't make this clear when they are selling off the back of Nectar... so I begin the email saga all over again. 8 days after returning the item and I have finally had an email saying they are "processing" my request and this will take another 3 - 4 days!! :T
Customer Service? they're not even close. From now on Nectar and Daily Deals go straight to junk where they belong.
