    That's absolutely fine, everyone has their own opinion - take the original complaint, lost first to an adjudicator, won when it went to another adjudicator prior to going to ombudsman who then upheld his decision ;)

    Yeah, funny how I seem to recall how many people told me I wouldn't ever win the original complaint too....
