cut a long story short..... but bt took a direct debit payment out my bank account twice....
after they said sorry and promised to put the money back into my account....
i then asked them what are you going to do as you took money ilegally as it was unauthorised.....
after talking to her supervisor they are now going to talk £10.. off my next bill....:j :j :j
before my mse days.. i would have just left it at the money being put back into my account....
but now its allways worth asking.....and mentioning unauthorised.....etc.....
£10 is £10.......

Companies have an 'inconvenience scale' to which they work out your credits. Minor inconveniences (bank charges etc) will be lower than major inconveniences (phone being cut off etc) which will get more!
