Changing Address details for car

I have moved house and need to change the registered address of my car.
Whats the easiest way to do this as I have misplaced my Car docs?

    If you have lost them you will need to replace them before you can change address, you should contact DVLA, a look at this page might help.

    You can try using this number instead of the rip off 0870.
