    I left my mobile out & it entered OK - was getting error message earlier on numerous attempts

    I could not get it to work for me, tried every combination of ticks and went from the home page rather than the direct link but got that same error message mentioned in the previous posts.

    finally it worked after loads of attempts. entered everything as previously so maybe the site is just poorly written and gets easily confused.
