Lloyds TSB Credit Card - PPI Claim

Hi,

I completed the pink questionnaire downloaded from Lloyds site and sent it back a few weeks ago.

I had a letter acknowledging my complaint and then last week I had another letter titled "Annual Review of your PPI Cover",

The schedule contained merely shows I have paid £79 in PPI on my Credit payments in the last year and a key facts document outlining the cover. However I have held this card for over 10 years so this doesn't seem to cover any other amounts I have paid over the years.

I am not sure if this letter from Lloyds is the end of the matter as far as they are concerned or was just sent out by way of coincidence and not connected to my ongoing claim???

An annual review will only show details of the last year, not the last decade. It's not connected to your complaint...
