When you regain ownership of the property (i.e. the day the tenants' tenancy ends and they move out), take meter readings (photograph them with a dated newspaper if possible) and submit them to the existing suppliers used by the tenants.
You will then be on a deemed tariff and can then apply to change to a new tariff or switch to a new company together.0 -
You cannot commence a switch until you first register for an account with the existing suppliers. Trying to switch in advance invariably ends in tears and mis-billing issues.No free lunch, and no free laptop
