Hi,
Every time I try this the split tickets always add up to, or exceed the single fare. Has anyone sussed this route out at all?
Thanks

Often splitting does not save money.
Different dates, time of day, flexibility can all have an effect on the price.
Without knowing when you plan to travel, it is difficult to find the best fare.
But for your journey to London, have you considered an Off Peak Return from Redruth to Exeter St Davids at £35.50, combined with Megatrain from Exeter St D to Waterloo via Honiton?
I can see Megatrain tickets from Exeter to London at £10 each way for last week of October, so return Reduth to London could be £55.50 then.0 -
