Just thought I would start a thread to say what boll*x Lloyds lifestyle mobile phone insurance you get with a current account especially if you own a iPhone.
Dropped my iPhone down the jimmy choo yesterday and obviously suffered water damage but thought never mind I will use my £83 worth of mobile phone insurance so it says it's worth to claim.
I knew there would be an excess but as its an iPhone they want £100 which could take upto 21 days for a decision fu*k that I would stuck without a phone.
So ended up going to apple in the end and they replaced the phone for £149.99 which is more expensive but the extra was worth the 3 minute wait for new phone.
It just amazes me how they can flog this bullsh*t insurance saying its worth £83 a year.
