Hi i have just switched my gas and elec suppliers, using 2 of the comparrison sites recomended on here. Neither of the sites quoted the correct unit price and standing charge for my current tarrif when asked for it in the drop down box, only by selecting the standard tarrif for my current supplier (apparently the tarrif i was on was 30p cheaper than the standard) could i get any returns with a lower price. If they do not have the correct info, how can we be sure they are indeed finding the lowest price?

Possibly because the comp sites quote 12m ahead and your current tariff is ending before that date?No free lunch, and no free laptop
