I like the pilates 10 minutes solutions dvd (perfect body). Admittedly it's my first dvd, so not sure how it compares to others on the market. I'm a beginner, and find it hard work (esp' the stomach moves
:o, but it's not unmanagable).
It's got various 10 minute workouts (perfect arms, perfect stomach, perfect bums and thighs, perfect stretch and perfect siloutte). I like to do 20 minutes worth after work and and maybe the full thing at the weekends.0 -
I definitely won't be doing tai bo anytime soon, same goes for the Insanity one's. The title alone is enough to send me cowering under the bed
I'm sticking with Rosemary for now. Today i did 15 minutes skipping then did some muscle workouts and yoga on the wii and then 20 minutes of Rosemary's toning session and it's fair to say i feel like i've had a good workout. My muscles certainly do, anyway0 -
Skipping. That's something I should try. Haven't done that in YEARS!!!!
First need to buy a skipping rope and very supportive bra....
Would LOVE to go out running but I'd be dead before I got the length of myself unfortunatelyWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Try a Couch to 5k program, that's what I'm doing alongside Insanity. good luck

I saw the skipping rope in ASDA for £2.50 so thought why not! I don't remember it being nearly as tiring when i was a kid but apparently skipping for 10 minutes has the same health benefits as a 30 minute run and i hate running so...
haha and yes, a supportive bra is definitely needed! Thankfully mine is a good one. From M&S (can't remember the exact price though) but it does a brill job0 -

Thanks for that! Will keep my eye out for one...Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
I love love love Zumba! You get 3 full length workouts and two shorter ones in the set and they are really great. Oh and trust me I am no dancer so you really don't need much co-ordination, it is just good fun!0

Agree with the Zumba, but I went to local classes for a while. I'm un-co-ordinated at the best of times and at my normal pace, so Zumba was hilarious to say the least!!
I borrowed the Zumba DVDs off a friend to try before forking out the money for them. Thankfully! I can't stand that guy!!!!!!! Couldn't watch nor listen to him at all!!! Needless to say, DVDs were never purchased...!! :rotfl:Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
