Ok, so basically, I ordered something from a different country, and have recieved a fee to pay thing from the Royal Mail saying there is a custom charge.
I was just wondering, am I responsible for this or should the seller (a business) be responsible for this?
Any help would be appreciated.

I got caught a few years ago when a I bought a collectable item from the US. Instead of putting the price I actualy paid on ebay the seller put what they obviously assumed to be the current market value, and I got stung with a customs charge.0
