Speeding Fine from Court

I was caught earlier in the year doing 57 in a 50 on the A473 heading into Bridgend.
I returned the NIP and havent heard anything else until today when I receive a letter from the court stating I have been given 3 points and a fine of £300
I accept that it is my own fault and will pay this amount, however what I am concerned about is on the paperwork the offence is listed as "Speeding - exceed 50 mph motorway limit - manned equipment"
Last I checked the A473 wasn't a motorway
Is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks
