EDF owed money

i sacked EDF in april and they owed me a tenner

just noticed today that i never got it refunded

so hers my email
money owing from closed account



its now 6 months since i closed my account and never received a final bill and i am owed money



I have now raised this matter to ofgem and am beginning litigation for moneys owing



i will be seeking to recover costs from EDF plus statutory interest

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the confusion and any inconvenience our billing system may have caused you.

I have checked your account and can confirm that we sent you your final gas and electricity bill in May 2012. I have enclosed the bills in question to this email for your perusal.

I would also like to confirm that I have today refunded the remaining credit of £10.87 back to your bank account. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect on your account.

I sincerely trust I have now fully resolved the issues and addressed any concerns you may have had. Should this not be the case, please would you kindly contact me directly and I will do my utmost to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
