RTHDCPL.EXE ilegal system dll relocation help please

last night there was an automatic update by windows when i shut down
now i have restarted i get an error box
the system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory.
the application wil not run properly.
the relocation occured because the dll c:windows/system32/HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved fo windows system dll's.
the vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll

does anyone know how to fix this?
i found out rth.exe is from real tech audio
should i contact them? and maybe reinstall?
or active x which is the other one
are there any free registry cleaners that i could try?
many thanks

Here is the hotfix to download and run.
Your next restart will be free off the error message.

the realtek HD audio control panel may not start, and you receive an error message when you start the computer,, illegal system DLL relocation.

install the MS KB935448 hotfix, for the realtek audio dll problem.
    Get some gorm.

Flipping upgrade just did exactly same to me - thanks for the advice will try it now. The only way I could get rid of it was to:

Start, Run, type in msconfig and disabled the start up of RTHDCPL.exe
