  • I finished P90x and I could say you need a sports bra- Esp at Plyo (Jump knee tucks )

With Insanity- I recommend to wear 2 sports bra :D. It's the Speed/Ampethamine of P90x Plyo.

But if what you are experiencing is simply DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) from doing strength training a bra will do nothing, you just need to take enough rest days to let your muscle repair and regenerate. Never exercise sore muscles, that is high risk for injury.

If I never exercised with DOMS, I'd never be in the gym :p

Exercise different body parts/ zones on different days! :j Also cycling through harder and easier weeks can really help, as the athletes do. It's fine to do an easy CV workout on mildly sore legs because you get the blood flowing, just no leg day or intervals. Nutrient timing, anti-inflammatory foods .... but you know all that stuff.

How much high impact work are you doing?

I'm not sure if p90x is high impact or not? The whole thing anyway, the plyometrics is high impact.

jump up and down vigorously in the changing rooms, then head to the supermarkets and Primark and repeat.

:rotfl: Look forward to doing this

I am doing different parts of the body on different days. I can just feel the top of my chest getting harder if that makes sense? It doesn't hurt but I know it has been worked on.

I concentrated on the eggs last night and it does pull on them but doesn't hurt, so I will go to the shops as you say and get a sports bra.

    Thanks again :)
