Ladies with fried egg boobage

Hi gals:wave:
Righty, I need some advice on sports bras please
I have a nice pair of sunny side up fried eggs, hehe, but I am wondering if they are so small (aa-b cup depending, so not really small?) do I even need a sports bra?
I'm now in the 2nd phase of p90x and can feel the muscle there but as I am doing the work out my boobies are not hurting or anything.
To be honest I just think I will end up with some nicer pecs than my husband:rotfl:
Thanks in advance:D

Most of the ladies of A/B cup sizes at my gym just wear the sports tops with inbuilt support and don't even bother with a normal bra let alone a support bra. If you want a little extra padding though there is a support bra available that has removable inserts. I'd tell you the brand but both of mine of are currently in the washing machine :rotfl:“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

All I have been wearing is a vest apart from when doing the plyometrics, which is when I just shove a bra on under the vest.
I wonder if the normal bra acts the same as a sports bra?
As I only work out at home (I don't jog or run etc) I hadn't really thought about it before but a few people have mentioned sports bras.0 -
I don't have the biggest cleavage in the world but I always wear a sports bra for exercise. I prefer the flatten them approach so always use a minimiser type bra.
I also prefer them with no back fastening cos I find that uncomfortable when doing floor based exercises.
I am currently using a set of two I bought in Mountain Warehouse. I think the previous ones were from Sports Direct.0 -
I think the Shock Absorber ones that people mentioned on my thread do all sizes and they look like sports tops so can be worn as outerwear too?
Good luck with P90X - thinking about buying that next.

That sounds similar to the ones I have. Washing machine is almost finished so will be able to check soon
Just googled and yes mine are Shock Absorber bras

A sports bra is recommended for any high impact activity even for small boobs, gravity puts a great strain on the Cooper's ligaments if you are jumping about.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

I'm a B/C cup and i always used to wear a sports bra until one week when i was behind on the laundry so i went trampolining for 2 hours in a normal underwired t-shirt bra and it didn't feel any different at all tbh - i seemed to get just as much support (and "bounce suppression" heheh ) from the everyday bra. I still use the sports bra most of the time, cause y'know, when else am i gonna wear it? But i no longer feel i really have to wear it.0

I'm a b cup, used to just use a sports jock bra top but bought a cheap sports bra from Sains to use together as there was a bit of movement, now they're fine.......I'm of the '40 year old, breast fed 2 kids, can roll them up now sort of b cup though!'0

hehe thanks ladies! I will have a look about then. I have two DDs so they're a bit flat at the top which is turning into pecs

Never really thought about looking after them before.
Fire Fox- Is it long term damage then on the ligaments? What does the gravity pull do? Sorry I don't know how to express my questions properly.
Also what type should I be looking for? As in tightness, length? I mean would a cheapy do or should I spend a bit for better? The shock absorber ones look really good but it is the price that puts me off, I don't spend that sort on myself.0 -

Gravity plus weight = overstretch, once ligaments stretch they do not return to normal. The effect is much more noticeable in those that do a lot of high impact work and those who have larger chests because of the extra weight. Having children plays a role.
How much high impact work are you doing? That will dictate what quality/ level of sports bra you buy, they are generally marked as being suited to high or low impact. There are online 'bra finders' that help you select the right type of product based on your size and exercise regime too. Do check out places like M&S, no reason why their products won't be effective. You could also try on a few of the expensive branded ones, jump up and down vigorously in the changing rooms, then head to the supermarkets and Primark and repeat.
But if what you are experiencing is simply DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) from doing strength training a bra will do nothing, you just need to take enough rest days to let your muscle repair and regenerate. Never exercise sore muscles, that is high risk for injury.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
