Hi,
i have just been looking on the Which? website and see they have Utility warehouse & Zen as their top recomended providers of phone & broadband packages for quality of service & customer care.Any feedback on these 2 companies.
Like many here, i am fed up with poor BT service.
I am also looking at the prospect of going for a complete TV,phone, broadband package,as Which? says they are cheaper?
Again Utlity warehouse & Plusnet come out best followed by Greenbee & O2.
Any comments appreciated.
Gary.

None of the companies you mention do a complete package including TV.
Your only allowed to discuss Utility Warehouse here : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2473547
"As MSE mentions they operate by network marketing, which means its customers are encouraged to sell on the product to their friends and they get commission for it.
This tends to mean it does well on feedback charts, as customers have a vested interest, and many of them are evangelical about the firm. "0
