Why with my RBS Credit card am I charged Twice for interest every month ................?

Either it's different rates on cash withdrawals/betting transactions and/or balance transfer deals from the actual regular transactions.
Or
You mean you have to pay interest the month after you pay off the bill? In which case, it'll be because you didn't pay off the bill in full and it is interest on the two time periods in which the transactions were on the card.
Or
They're trying their luck.

There will be seperate intersest charges, they list them according to how it's charged, i'e cash advance, purchases ect so it's not just one figure.0
