Extend Bathroom or Storage Space?

Hi all
I'm refurbishing a property I have recently bought. The bathroom is very small, it has a bath tub in it but it goes from wall to wall leaving the bathroom feeling very cramped.
Its a conversion flat so the bathroom is made on false walls. I have the option of knocking down the front wall and extending the bathroom into a space which is currently a storage cupboard. This would add about 1 metre of space to the bathroom.
My question is would a bigger bathroom add value to the property or should I leave it small and keep the storage space?
Thanks

Depends. Most bathrooms now only seem to be the length of a bath, anyway. Is there a good quality shower?
If not, that's something that's pretty essential to a lot of people and would be worth putting in.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
overbath shower?
is it the upstairs flat and so could you pinch back some storage space in the loft?0 -
I'd rather have the storage, particularly if it's a small flat. If it's a bit place with already ample storage then go for the bathroom.
However, it'll just depend on the buyer, but if you're planning on living there for a while why not do whatever you'd prefer?0
