Discharged DRO but still defaults?

Sorry me again, My husband had a DRO almost 2 years ago, it was discharged last october (12 mths after it started ofcourse)

He just checked his credit record and only 2 out of 8 of the creditors have put them as settled or closed he had still be chased for some of these during the dro period too

Do we write to them and tell them to change it and include a copy of the DRO? we were told they were not meant to keep them as a default after the 12mths as the debts are absolved?!?
