Has anyone returned the decision makers scoresheet?

Has anyone ever sent back to the decision makers the scoresheet that they can send to claimants which only has the ATOS scores on it, before the decision makers make a judgement? It has a Claimants column which is blank, an ATOS column with their scores and the Decision makers column which is also blank.

This was sent to me with an envelope. I wonder whether it's worth filling in my own scoring and returning it to the decision makers to make them focus on the specific areas where points should be earned. It's like saying, I should get 9 points here, 6 there etc. That would focus their attention.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

  • Odd.
Seems like a not in principle entirely insane thing to do, but I question if any significant number of claimants would understand it!
If you disagree with ATOSs assessment, flagging areas in which you disagree would be a good idea, though in most cases it seems to me this would be covered by the ESA50.
  • Can you explain why the scoresheet has a blank Claimants column? Why an envelope was sent out with no additional paperwork to say why?

did you have the GL (forgot the number) form, the one to appeal, and perhaps its where you would leave numbers then reference them in your appeal letter, so it would be easier to look over?

although when i did my appeal i just listed from the start which section and sub section, what they said in the report, and what they actually said in the room etc.

  • The GL24 appeals form. Stating each descriptor and why you believe the decision makers and ATOS made a mistake in a list might be worth doing. Something which is easy to refer to.

I have already sent my appeal letter, it's just the reconsideration of the decision and the additional evidence which I am about to send them, the evidence that is and not a request for reconsideration because that has already been done.
